About Comdominium Management Services
Condominium Management Services (CMS) is a professional property management firm specializing in the management of Community Owner Associations. We are a family owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience in this specialized field. Our portfolio of accounts includes condominiums, planned unit developments, industrial buildings and business parks with Owner Associations.
CMS has been instrumental in establishing professional standards for the community associations’ industry as a founding member of the Community Association’s Institute Greater Inland Empire Chapter and through Mr. McCarthy’s tenure as a Board member for both CAI and the California Association of Community Managers.
CMS’s goal is to provide the highest level of professional management services to its clients through excellent communications, follow-up and education. Our role as a community association manager is constantly evolving through changes in California civil codes, insurance requirements and maintenance standards to the community.
It is important that we subject our Community Association managers and staff to continuing education so that we can remain at the forefront of the community association industry.
